Modern Commercial Pest Control Inc. specializes in servicing food-processing facilities, warehouses, and other commercial properties throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. We are a locally owned company with 20 years’ experience in both structural and agricultural pest control. We create custom Integrated Pest Management Programs for each individual customer designed to give both thorough control and extensive documentation of our combined efforts. 

 

IPM Program Design:

At MCPC Inc. we feel that one of the most important things we can do is to take the time to find out the true need of each client and then design a program that fits exactly to those needs. Many of our clients are well-established companies with advanced systems and structures in need of detailed IPM servicing and documentation. While others are smaller, rural, and sometimes seasonal, packing houses in need of a more basic approach and possibly some consulting to help plan for or navigate the ever-changing regulations and requirements. Regulatory and Audit Compliance:

We at Modern Commercial Pest Control pride ourselves in being compliance specialists. In today’s world, your pest control efforts are only as good as your documentation. We make it our goal to stay up on all regulatory and third-party guidelines to keep you informed and prepared for inspections anytime. Our customers regularly undergo audits from USDA, FDA, Primus, BRC, SQF, DFA, and others and we work hand-in hand with them to prepare, to understand, and to address any issues that may arise.

Problem Solving: Our IPM approach relies on our extensive experience and understanding of each pest species biology and habits to help us solve even the toughest pest problems. We prefer to utilize exclusion, sanitation, and habitat modification for pest prevention, but when extensive trapping or pesticide applications are necessary, we are prepared for any job.
